How can I make changes to my order?
If your order has already been shipped; any modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please wait until your order arrives and then request it to return as per our refund policy.
To add a new product to your cart:
Simply place a new order and promptly email us both order numbers. We’ll ensure the additional shipping fees are waived. (Please note: The second order must be placed within 2 hours of the first order using the same account.)
To remove a single product from your cart:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to remove a single product from your cart at this time. However, you have two options available:
– Cancel the entire order and place a new order with the desired items.
– Email us with the order number, and our team will be happy to assist you further in making the necessary adjustments.
To review your order, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click ‘Account’ in the top right corner, then select ‘My Account’ from the menu.
- From ‘My Account’ dashboard, click on ‘Orders’.
