Order Changes

How can I make changes to my order?

If your order has already been shipped; any modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please wait until your order arrives and then request it to return as per our refund policy.

To add a new product to your cart:

Simply place a new order and promptly email us both order numbers. We’ll ensure the additional shipping fees are waived. (Please note: The second order must be placed within 2 hours of the first order using the same account.)

To remove a single product from your cart:

We regret to inform you that we are unable to remove a single product from your cart at this time. However, you have two options available:

– Cancel the entire order and place a new order with the desired items.

Email us with the order number, and our team will be happy to assist you further in making the necessary adjustments.

To review your order, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click ‘Account’ in the top right corner, then select ‘My Account’ from the menu.
  3. From ‘My Account’ dashboard, click on ‘Orders’.
