Cancel an order

If your order has not been shipped you can cancel directly from

  • Login to your account on our website and go to my account (top of the website on the right side or you can access through the hamburger menu on the left side)
  • On the left side menu you will find the option orders. Here you will find all your order details.
  • Find the relevant order and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Once you have cancelled the order you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If you are unable to see your order details here or facing any other technical issues please email your order details to and our team will assist you further.
  • Please be advised that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. However, almost all items are returnable within 7 days of purchase. Please wait until your order arrives and then request to return as per our refund policy.
