Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange or return my order?

Exchanges are currently not available. However, you can proceed by placing a new order and then initiating a return for the existing one. Most items are eligible for returns and refunds within 7 days of the purchase date, with a few exceptions:

– Clothing items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or are part of an incomplete set.
– Items specifically labeled as non-returnable.
– Free gifts.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Simply log in to your account, navigate to ‘Orders’, and select the order you wish to return. Follow the instructions provided to initiate your return. If you need assistance, contact us at
